Chief Operating Officer,, COO , League Management Company, LMC Salihu Abubakar, Saturday disclosed that the Nigeria Professional Football League. NPFL 2021/2022 league season will kick off next month.
According to him the foot dragging on the kick off of the league will end in November.
Salihu, who as part of preparations, for the coming league season led his team to inspectors for an inspection tour of Sani Abacha stadium, is reported to have told sports writers, after the exercise that “ 2021/2022 NPFL season will kick off next month (November).”
Our correspondent reports that the resumption date of the league has remained a riddle sought to be solved , keen members of Nigeria football fraternity have continued to yawn over the delayed kick off the league.
