Kano: Nigeria Football Coaches Association, NFCA elect new exco

Football coaches under the aegis of Nigeria Football Coaches Association, NFCA Kano chapter have elected new executive members to run the affairs of the organization in the ancient city of Kano.
The election conducted at Sani Abacha Stadium press centre , Sunday June 11 was supervised by the national assistant secretary of the association, Mallam Mansur..
The chairman , Kano state Football Association , KSFA Sheriff Rabiu Ahlan, his Jigawa state counter , Sabo Abdullahi were amongst the prominent dignitaries that graced the occasion.
The new state NFCA exco were administered with the oath of office by a senior Kano lawyer, Barr, Tanimu Isa.
The newly elected officials includes,. Ibrahim Gwadabe – Chairman, Bala T. Ahmad – V. Chairman I, Yakubu Muhammad – V. Chairman I, . Mukhtar Ya’u -Secretary General, Abdullahi Mansur – Asst. Secretary General, Rabiu Tata – Financial Secretary.
Other are , Sulaiman Ibrahim Yakasai (Lajin) – Auditor General, Shehu Jinjiri Gaya – Treasurer, Sa’ad Ma’aji (Amo) – Training Officer, Aminu Adamu Yaro – Asst. Training Officer, Bashir Baita Abubakar – Welfare Officer, Jabir Hassan – P.R.O and Maharazu Tukur Karaye – Chief Whip.
The chairman, KSFA and NFF Executive member, Sheriff Rabiu Inuwa Ahlanin his remarks had tasked the new NFCA officers to embark on mass membership drive, while further urging the association to strive to improve the drive for the technical development of the game in the state.
The newly elected chairman of the association, Ibrahim Gwadabe assured the composition of Kano football fraternity that NFCA under his guide would anchor program that would be targeted at enhancing the capacity of coaches.
He added that inspite of the numerous challenges confronting the growth of their trade the association would continue in its quest to empower its members discover, nurture and promote quality football products for the industry.
