Kano Pillars fc Gusau/Ahlan Pre Season exit, Maikaba blame’s lack of fitness

Kano Pillars gaffer, Abdul Maikaba has decry lack of fitness of his lads for their early bundle out from the Gusau /Ahlan preseason football tournament.
The Kano born tactician speaking in a post match interview, after his side 3-1 humiliating defeat against Mailantraki fc Care lamented that his player were not physically fit.
Maikaba said so far the performance by his lads at the tournament losing two matches, draw one is a good signal “ he said “as we now understand our problems, we have to fix it before the league kicks off, we played 3 matches with 1 point earned from the three matches , this show our fitness level , which is questionable and we have room to fixed the mistakes.
He however expressed satisfaction with the efforts of his players.
The second edition of the tournament is hosted at Abubakar Tafawa balewa stadium. With 12 clubs playing in three groups.

Kano Pillars were pool in group A with Wikki Tourist fc of Bauchi, Doma United and Mailantarki FC Care.
