Sokoto United coach, Alhassan Mohammed cries out against NNL’s qualification, relegation system

Sokoto United tactician, Alhassan Mohammed has dismissed the relegation and promotional league format adopted by the management of the Nigeria National League, NNL calling for an immediate reforms.
The National Institute of Sports trained football tactician kicked against, what he described as unworthy promotion and relegation format operated by the organizers in the just ended league season.
Speaking with sports writers at Sani AbachA Satdium, SAS Kano last weekend, he said “ the organization of the league has been poor, how can you ask a team that played in a league of five teams , that two team will go on relegation, it is not good at all.
He further said “ it would have been better for one team to go on relegation, one team should get promotion, and three teams should stay, they should correct it.”
Speaking on the 1-0 loss suffered by his lads on the last day of their NNL campaign against Kano Pillars , he said “ we came to Kano with the intention to win the match, though we know it is going to be difficult.
“we wish Kano Pillars the best in their future endeavors, they are the pride of the north.”
